前言
上周花了半周的时间在处理 PLA 1.2 的问题，实在是恶心的不行。看到很多微信群的朋友也吃了一发这个，而且不知道该怎么处理。我在这里把我的方法写一下。

发件人 Apple
Thank you for your resubmission. Upon further review, we continue to find the following issue unresolved:
PLA 1.2The Seller and Artist names associated with your app do not reflect the name of the financial institute responsible for this app in the app or its metadata, as required by section 1.2 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement.
Next StepsYour app must be published under a Seller name and Artist name that reflects the name of the financial institute responsible for this app. If you have developed these apps on behalf of a client, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account.The Artist name is the Company name in iTunes Connect. 简而言之，电商、金融类 APP 的 APP、Seller、Company 名称要一致。然而我们礼物说的 Seller 和 Company 用的最开始的广州贴贴信息科技有限公司。
这一下子就尴尬了，按照苹果的审核要求，我们要注册一个礼物说的开发者证书、申请邓白氏、然后 transfer 到新账号下，这没几个月是搞不定的，于是就去抱法务大腿，看看有什么可以证明的。
对策
提交商标注册邮件
因为先做的礼物说，再注册的公司。所以礼物说的商标是在老公司名下的，所以找法务要了商标的扫描件。作为申诉证据，提交申诉。

拨打开发者支持电话
同时，拨打了中国开发者支持电话：4006 701 855，对方说给我一封邮件，照做即可。结果收到了和废话一样的如下邮件：
申诉被拒绝
得到了如下邮件，还是要求我们改 Seller name
Hello,
Thank you for providing the documentation. However, you app still needs to be submitted under the official retailer, which is 礼物说 to be in compliant with the App Store guidelines.
The seller and company names associated with your app do not reflect the name "礼物说" in the app or its metadata, as required by section 1.2 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement.
Next Steps
Your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the 礼物说 brand. If you have developed these apps on behalf of a client, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account.
Once created, you cannot change your seller name or company name in iTunes Connect. For assistance with changing your company name or seller name, you will need to contact iTunes Connect through the Contact Us page.
Once the issue is resolved, we will proceed with the review.
再次拨打开发者电话
继续打 400 和他说我们审核的情况，告诉他礼物说的注册商标主体就是我们现在的公司，有文件可以证明。
且说明我们不是一家外包公司，是独立研发独立运营的
400 客服说知晓了，确实是符合要求的，让我再和审核团队说明情况。
让他们给我发一封邮件，证明我和他们联系过，不需要修改任何信息
得到了如下邮件：
再次申诉
把截图和案例编号发给对方，他们说明我确实已经联系过开发者客服了，且对方判断出我不需要修改任何东西。
过了一小时，通过了，且挂在 JSPatch 上了。
最终，去掉 JSPatch 重新提交，通过审核。
