首先要特别感谢我们007 12班这个平台，给我这样一个机会，做这样的一次的分享。说实话，谈不上重生，只是最近这一两个月无论是工作还是生活,倒逼自己输出，收获还算比较大的。11月9号早上才报名,觉得值月生张岳的建议不错，于是半道把文章改用英文分享,更加贴切我的主题,希望不会打扰到大家,同时也非常感谢我们的小太阳Erica无私地教我们英文,在外企工作方面,如有有需要,我也会略尽绵力帮助大家。Now Let's go!
Good evening my dear friends in 007 Class12 . Thank you so much for inviting me to join the November's sharing .
My topic today is "Communication".
Backgroud
My major in colleague is communication engineering.Now I am an integration engineer in Ericsson. Over the past 140 years .Ericsson has been at the forefront of communications technology.In fact,40% of the world's mobile traffic is carried over Ericsson networks with customers over 180 countries .
I worked for the operator GuangXi China Mobile for local support almost 2 years .After reading XiaoLai teacher's column 《on the road to wealth and freedom》,I realized that I should jump out of the comfortable life to find a new enviroment to grow up.
My actions are:
1.Communicate with my line manager
2.Self-study new tenology in another area
3.Get chance to join workshop from other colleagues'
Then I got a remote project from Austrilia which was kept away from other team members.
See good from others--Communication is so important--Meetings,Discussions ,work...
Believe your team,then you will work out everything.

My mentor Joanne
A beautiful girl ,you can see her in the middle of the picture . She taught me a lot and handed over this project to me from September 15th,so I start a new career from now on.She gives me great support and I really appreciate that .Her birthday last night ,I sent a red bag to her :)
Mohammad (We called him MBB):
Joanne said he was not a good guy. I agreed with that for the first 2 weeks .He even made me cry by pushing me to answer some questions I don't want to after nightshift failed activity.
But now I must say "Thank you so much" to him.
He is good at managment for projects and he guided me to adapt the situation .He is responsible & patient and supports me at any time during the projects. (I called him around 10:00 PM ,3/4/7AM during the past nightshifts' activities)
Yes,he gave me a training and build up my compentence .I am so tired after facing the 2nd failure ,My IQ become 0 during the tough hours,he even comforted me .I worked over 12 hours that night and so tired .He gave me a call to tell the details and made a list for me the next activities .It was 8 AM that time.
He told me his daughter's name- Illiyeen,you know ,the pronouciation is similiar to my name "Eling"-it means "Best Among best" in Muslim. His daughter said Hello to me ,made me smile ,so cute .What a lovely voice!
Just take a rest and let the bad things go!

Hindol new SA
Deb handed over the work to Hindol - My new SA .He is from India.
Most of my collegues have prejudice/bias on Indian .They are thought lazy guys and we are competitors,especially in IT industry .
But what I want to say.He is very gentle and quite familar with technical part .His English is much easier for understanding than other Indians .He is so nice and teaches me how to do troubleshooting. I can handle the pending issues much more easier with his instruction. He did presentation to customer and reviewed the documents I prepared then sent to customer .

Now from all people around the world ,You know , we can communicate in English,Not only the written English but also the oral English .What I got the most important in this projects is the communication!
We solve problems with everyone's effort and we believe that we can succeed .
Life
So please communicate with our familiies ,our true friends and itimate lovers. We express our thoughts and feelings online or face to face. The world will be a better place.
