（其实菲比的遭遇和此时瑞秋的遭遇完全不同，感同身受有点奇怪，大家有时候都难以理解菲比，但是菲比是个很善良很好的女人，这个你会慢慢发现的。PS：老友记看很多遍，每看一次都会有不同的感觉。）

【深夜，客厅里，瑞秋、莫妮卡和罗斯在电视】
Monica：Well,that`s it ,you gonna crash on the couch?
[好啦，放完了，（莫妮卡对着身边的罗斯说）你要睡在沙发上吗？]
（因为罗斯与前妻刚刚离婚，心情不是很好，莫妮卡很担心他）
Ross:No,no,I gotta go home sometime.

(罗斯家在离莫妮卡家不远的另一个公寓）
Monica:You be okay?[你还好吧？]
Ross:Yeah.[嗯]
Rachel:Hey,Mon,look what I just found on the floor.What?

莫妮卡走向卧室的途中，狠狠地踩了那块表。不知道是不是我过度解读，我觉得这里跟之前莫妮卡和保罗吃饭时有点关联。当时保罗说他刚刚离婚，莫妮卡说他怎么调解心情，保罗说他故意打碎了前妻的手表。——第9幕）
R&R:Good night.[晚安]
（此时客厅里只剩下罗斯和瑞秋，两人有点尴尬。他们两个都都把手伸向盘子里仅剩的一块饼干。我觉得并没有谁真的想吃，只是场面一度尴尬，只能借此缓解。）
Rachel:Sorry.[不好意思]
Ross:No, no, go.[不不，你拿吧]
Rachel:No, you have it, really, I don't want it.
[不，你吃吧，真的，我不想吃。]
Ross:Split it?[分着吃？]
Rachel: Okay.[好的]
Ross:You know you probably didn't know this,but back in high school,I had a, um, major crush on you.
[你可能不知道，在高中的时候，我曾经暗恋过你。]
(瑞秋是罗斯15岁时就一直喜欢的女孩，只是瑞秋此前从未注意过罗斯。)
Rachel:I knew.[我知道的]
Ross:You did! oh，I always figured you just thought I was Monica's geeky older brother. [原来你知道的呀，我一直以为你只知道我是莫妮卡的书呆子怪哥哥呢。]
（罗斯的学习成绩一直都很好）
Rachel:I did.[我的确是这么认为的]
罗斯的高中造型是很搞笑的，当时的他面对瑞秋非常的自卑，因为瑞秋在学校很受欢迎。）
Ross:Oh,Listen,do you think and try not to let my intense vulnerability become any kind of a factor here.But do you think it would be okay if I asked you out?Sometime?Maybe?
[哦。听着，你觉得…不要太在意我的脆弱，但是你觉得我能约你出去吗？某天？有可能吗？]
(面对瑞秋，罗斯还是没有足够的底气。)

(此时莫妮卡从卧室出来，可能打算上厕所啥的…看见罗斯的心情较之刚才好了很多)
Monica:See you…Wait wait.Hey,What's with you?
[再见，等等，等等，咋了？]
Ross:I just grabbed a spoon.
[我刚刚拿起了一把勺子]
(乔伊告诉罗斯，不该纠结于她前妻一个女人，应该试试和别的女生约会，人这一辈子不是只能爱一个人——这是一句多么扎心而又多么现实的话)
Joey:I can`t believe what I`m hearing here…
[我真不敢相信我听到的]
Phoebe: I can`t believe what I`m hearing here…

Monica: What? I,I said you had a…

（此处说明菲比一直有学人说话的老毛病。）

(此处导演是用了一点心思的，我们首先看到的是一个端着咖啡的人的腰部，镜头慢慢往上拉，我们会发现端着咖啡的就是瑞秋。这个去找工作被嘲笑着轰出来的瑞秋，最后当了中央公园咖啡厅的服务生。）
Rachel:Would anybody like more coffee?
[有人要咖啡吗？]
Chandler:Did you make it,or are you just serving it?
[咖啡是你煮的，还是你只是把它端来？]
Rachel:I`m just serving it.
[我只是端过来]
All:Yeah,yeah,I`ll have a cup of coffee.
[要，要，我要一杯咖啡]
（刚看到瑞秋手上的咖啡时，大家一个个一脸戒备。得知瑞秋只是端咖啡的，便又争先要咖啡喝。这也不难理解，毕竟在第11幕中老友记第一季第一集第11幕瑞秋第一次煮咖啡，煮得特别难喝。）
