【烹饪技法基本表达】
1. 烧/煮:boil the water 把水烧开,boil the noodles 煮面;
2. 切/剁:chop up the cucumber 把黄瓜切碎, slice bread 切面包片,Mince the garlic 把大蒜剁碎;
3. Fry通常指油煎,有时也指油炸,如fried egg煎蛋、fried food油炸食品;
4. Shallow fry浅层油炸,deep fry深层油炸,深层指食物全部浸入油中,如deep fried chips油炸薯条;
5. Stir-fry爆炒(中国菜),sauté['səutei]炒(西菜),如stir fry sth. for X minutes爆炒某物X分钟
