《我就是我》

In all the world, there is no one else like me.
There are persons who have some parts like me,
but no one adds up exactly like me.
Therefore, everything that comes out of me is authentically mine,
because I alone chose it.
天下之大，却无一人，与我完全相同。
有一些人，某些部像我，但没有任何一个人，和我一模一样。
所以，一切出自我的，都真真实实属于我，
因为，那是我自己的选择。
I own everything about me.
My body, including everything it does;
My mind, including all its thoughts and ideas.
My eyes, including the images of all they behold.
My feelings, whatever they may be, anger, joy, frustration, love, disappointing, excitement.
My mouth, and all the words that come out of it， polite, sweet or rough, correct or incorrect;
My voice, loud or soft;
And all my actions, whether they be to others or to myself.
我拥有属于我的一切。
我的身体以及一切它的举动；
我的思想，以及所有的想法和意念;
我的眼睛，以及一切所看到的影像；
我的感觉，不论它是什么，愤怒，喜悦，受挫，爱，失望，兴奋;
我的口，和一切从中所说出的话语,
温文有礼的，甜美的或粗鲁的，对的或不对的；
我的声音，大声的或轻柔的；

I own my fantasies, my dreams, my hopes, my fears.
I own all my triumphs and successes, all my failures and mistakes.
Because I own all of me, I can become intimately acquainted with me.
By so doing, I can love me, and be friendly with me in all my parts.
I can then make it possible for all of me to work in my best interests.
我拥有我的幻想，我的梦想，我的希望，我的恐惧。
我拥有我所有的胜利和成功，我所有的失败和错误。
因为我拥有我自己的一切，我可以和自己成为亲密熟悉的朋友。
由此，我可以爱自己，并且能够和我的每一部分友善相处。
然后，我可以，使整体的我和谐运作，带给自己最大的福祉。
I know there are aspects about myself that puzzle me,
and other aspects that I do not know.
But as long as I am friendly and loving to myself,
I can courageously and hopefully look for the solution to the puzzles and for ways to find out more about me.
However I look and sound, whatever I say and do, and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time is me.
This is authentic and represent where I am at that moment in time.
我知道我有一些部分让我自己感到困惑，
也有其他部分是我自己也不知晓的。
不过只要我对自己友善且爱，我就能勇敢地、满怀希望地寻找困惑的解答，并且寻求方法以期更了解自己。
不论我在某一个特定的时刻看起来、听起来如何，不论我说什么、做什么或想什么、感觉到什么，这都是我。
这是真是的而且代表了那个时刻的我。
When I review later how I looked and sounded, what I said and did, and how I thought and felt,
some parts may turn out to be unfitting.
I can discard that which is unfitting, and keep that which proved fitting.
And invent something new for that which I discard.
稍后，当我回想当时自己看起来、听起来的样子，自己所说过的话和做过的事，以及自己的想法和感觉，
有些部分也许显得不合适，我可以摒弃那些不合适的，而保留那些经过证明合适的。
并且创作一些新的，以替代那些被我摒弃的。
I can see, hear, feel, think, say and do.
I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be productive，
and to make sense and order out of the world of people and things outside of me.
我可以看、听、感觉、思考、说话和做事，
我有足以生活下去，与人亲近和创造的工具，并且能使我周围的人事物呈现出意义和秩序。
I own me， and therefore I can engineer me.
I am me.
And I am okay.
我拥有我自己, 所以我也能掌管我自己。
我就是我自己。
而且，我很好。
