Some people consider going to the gym a priority in their life, while others go to the gym only when they have time. How do you arrange your exercise time? In recent days, I saw a saying that “Rather than invite friends for meal, please retreat them to the gym for sweat.” Sometimes, the more our pressure is great during the life, the less we do exercise. Doing exercise is the cheapest health product. It not only is good for our bodies, but also prolong our life. Today, I’d like to share with you about the benefits of exercises.
First, sport can help to keep people healthy and happy. Exercise can improve our mood, decrease anxiety and pressure. For me, when I face some troubles, I often go jogging and cover ten kilometers, then I think deeply again how to deal with the troubles. From my point of view, keeping a regular exercise lets me have a positive attitude, and make me have a happy sense.
Second, exercise can lose weight. As we know, our bodies have three method to consume our energy, which include digesting food, doing exercise and basic metabolism. A regular exercise can improve the rate of metabolism and bury more energy. In this way, it can help us lose weight. Two years ago, to lose my weight, I did exercise for fifty minutes every day. After Six months, my weight achieved the standard weight of 47kilos I desired. In my mind, I never give up doing exercise. It not only keeps my slim figure, but also balance my press from my life and work.
Third, exercise can get more energy and decrease the risk that other chronic health conditions bring. When we feel tired after finishing our work every day, some people choose to lay on the bed to rest, but also others prefer to do exercise to relax. Per survey, keeping exercise about six weeks can reduce the feeling of fatigue. When I feel tired in my life, I often choose to do exercise to recover my energy. In fact, some people have some chronic health, the reasons are caused by lack of exercise and sitting long time without any sport. Keeping a regular exercise not only can reduce the blood glucose control, but also let blood-pressure and blood-lipid tend to the standard level.
In short, exercise should be one part of our life. If we want to gain a quality life, making an exercise plan every week is very vital. Never ignore the benefit of exercise. It is guaranteed for us to win a happy future if we balance our working and exercise.
