I E-mailed my profrssor about the course today which studied on Arduino, an embedded tool to control lights, sounds and sensors. It is so difficult to comprehend the workflow of it. This was the first time I could not catch up with the lecture since I became a college student. I spent almost the whole evening working on it.
But, clearly, when I received the E-mail from the lecturer, I failed again to get the point.
He seemed very serious and pointed out my faults frankly. His words looked like blaming me for not paying attention to the lecture at all.
Only gods knows how concentrated I was during the class.
But, whatever, I know how to make the circuit and program. I even know how to solder the wires so that they can be connected to the board. (Thank lab asistants) Next week I have to do my assignment anyway and digust the knowledge as soon as possible.
However, it is funny that at about 11 pm, after searching on the Internet and browsing some blogs, I found it was just secondary school stuff and I believe I can pick it up in 2 days.
Obviously, my professor made a complicated way to explain kindergarten news. I now have no way to make myself strongger but self-learning.
A university student has to learn by self and when he encounter problems, the first thing he would do is searching information on the net. If there is nothing or suddenly his IQ goes down, approach to the proffesor.
Sometimes, in the time I was waiting for office hours, I solved the problem myself.
So, what is the meaning of university? All by myself?
The only answer is people get ideas on what to do in the future during the 4 years. The university would never teach you how to do, so would life. It provides thousands of ways in front of you, but it never tells you which one you should pick.
All right, I will do it myself.
Hopefully, I did not leave bad impression to my lecturer. But what I am sure is, he did it.
