演讲在美国是一项非常重要的技能，在生活里、工作中所接触的老外，无一不是能出口成章、侃侃而谈，咱们华人也真是自叹不如。演讲是一门技术活，这里面要考验人的逻辑思维、语言表达、肢体语言、反应速度、情绪控制等等多方面的指标，演讲能力的训练不是一两天就能一蹴而成的，而是需要长时间的锻炼和积累。
如果问孩子什么时候可以进行演讲训练，我的建议是越早越好，早在憨憨上pre-school的时候，学校里面就开始有意识的培养孩子们念诗歌、当众演讲了，如今憨憨已经一年级，他们学校更是每周布置一个演讲主题，让父母帮助孩子事先准备，然后孩子在班级里表演，最后由老师打分，并且将评分表让孩子带回给家长。
就是憨憨其中一张演讲评分表，老师给孩子的演讲列了若干个评分标准，非常细致，其中分为CONTENT（内容方面）和PRESENTATION（演讲方面）两个类别。
【内容方面】
（1）主题表达方面。分为三个标准，分别是：
主题表达清晰
稍微有些偏题
演讲过程中需要提示
（2）是否有介绍？
（3）是否有总结？
（4）主题思想和感受是否表达清楚？
【演讲方面】
（1）眼神控制方面。分为三个标准，分别是：
眼神能很好和观众交流
眼神只是停留在一两个观众身上
以及眼神朝着地面没有面向观众
（2）姿态方面。分为三个标准，分别是：
面朝观众，站姿挺拔
脚没有站直，而是在晃动
身姿没有保持挺拔
（3）声音方面。分为三个标准，分别是：
声音很清晰，富有感情
声音不是很大，远处的观众听不大清
声音很小，很难听懂
以上就是训练孩子演讲的几个标准，按照这些标准去严格要求您的孩子，并多加训练，相信他们能够练出马云、乔布斯的演讲能力的！：）
