How time flies! The third week has walked away from me.But I know that a new week is on the way.It's time for me to look back the last seven days.
Sleep schedule
Get up:7:00
Go to bed:11:00-11:30
Problems:On weekdays,not enough time for my own things before going to work at 9:00.
Adjustment:6:30-22:30
Tips:On weekends(For us,Mondays and Tuesdays are on weekends),Possibly you can take a nap If you feel sleepy after doing things in the morning.
Meditation
Time:five days in the morning,one day in the afternoon,And the other day in the evening.It took fifteen minutes on average.
How:I can concentrate on my breath during two thirds time of the medication.Sometimes I can be dragged away by the trifles.But it doesn't matter. I can be back to my breath immediately As soon as I notice.
Tips:Keep on medication in the morning because of more focusing on my own body and less disturbance.
English learning
Reading part:Finish reading 《The little prince》chapter twenty one.Finish recording《The little prince》the first four chapters on Himalaya app.Listen and practice one sentence or phrase each day in Tianya English club(one subscription account ).
Listening part:Keep on learning the film Pursuit of happyness.
Favorite sentences:If you have a dream go and get it.No one can tell you“You can't do it”.
A new idea:Keep writing articles in English once or twice a week.Please remember that all things are difficult before they are easy.
Emotional management
I came cross one troublesome thing last week.I was assigned a task which I was reluctant to do by one of our new colleague leader. I'm a new member in this department.So I was a little afraid of to refuse her request.But actually I can't do as she said against my will.So at that right moment I felt anxious and helpless.Even some negative emotions ran into my mind.
After a short while relaxation,I was astonished to aware that how stupid I was just now.How on earth I thought in that way? But I saw it,accepted it and then absorbed it.
Finally I did one thing,sent a message to the leader and tell her my true feeling in an inoffensive way.And then I received her reply which was one word"OK". I released both in physical and psychological.
