1、设置

$ pod repo remove master
$ git clone https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/git/CocoaPods/Specs.git master
2、工程的podFile第一行加上：
source 'https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/git/CocoaPods/Specs.git'
