1. Account registration

1.1 The user promises to register as a Qiantu Networkuserinhistrue identity, and to ensure that the personallyidentifiableinformationprovidedis true, complete and valid, and bearscorrespondinglegalresponsibility for theinformation provided in accordancewith legalprovisionsand mandatory terms.

2. User account usage and custody

2.4 Qiantu Network shall take measures to suspend the loginanduseofthe user account according to the user's notice. Qiantu Networkshallrequiretheuser to provide and verify the personal valididentityinformationconsistentwith the registered identity information.

2.4.1 Qiantu Network verifies that the personalvalididentityinformationprovided by the user is consistent with theregisteredidentityinformation, andshall take measures to suspend the login anduse ofthe useraccount in a timelymanner.
