I used to work for China Unicom Hubei branch as a project manager. I learned a lot of experience aboutteamwork and project management from this experience. Taking practices undersupervision, I realized that the process of changing theory into practice isnot easy.So,Ichoose to pursue higher education tobroaden my horizon. This job has cultivated my sense ofresponsibilityandI will do what I can to complete everything.
In my spare time, I often read some classic novels which, in my opinion, can help me improve my ability to understand and communicate with others.

考研原因：
Firstly，I am very interested in this major. Themore I experienced, the clearer I realized that I'm really interested in sociology.
Secondly,Ifind it difficult to change theory into practice.I'm eager to learn more about sociology and I hope I canstudy further. So, I resigned and started the way to pursue my studies .That's why I madeup my mind to change/choose my/this major.
规划：
From my own perspective, the study method is of importance for research.
Firstly, I will choose a certain approach in my study area under my teacher’s guidance, and use time management tools such as time schedule, to help me form a systematic view of my major.
Secondly, I will make sure that I can be familiar with the latest development of this area by reading as many books and journals as possible. If necessary, I will continue my research and study to earn the Doctor's Degree/PHD Degree.
In addition,I will keep working out 3 times a week. Only when you are healthy willyou be energetic and be able to do things you like in the long run.
考研失败
If you failed thistime what will you do in the near future?

What professional books have you read before? What's themain idea of this text?
I read《Bit by Bit-social research in digital age》recently. In this comprehensive yet accessible book, the author Matthew explains how the digital revolution is transforming how social scientists observe behavior, ask questions, run experiments, and engage in mass collaborations. He told us a good research comes from a natural fit between question and data.（仅供参考）
三、Hometown& Cities
The city lies in the western part of Hubei province. Having a subtropical,humid monsoon climate with plenty of rainfall and four distinct seasons，Yichang is a livable city.Yichang is one of the most famous National Historical and Cultural Cities. In our country, many famous people had lived here, such as 王昭君 and 屈原. Their formerresidences attract many visitors every year.
In addition, Yichang is also famous for Three Gorges Dam.So, if you want to have atravel there, I am glad to be your guide.
四、Family& Family Members
There are three people in my family. My father is a teacher. He is diligent and responsible, setting a good example for me. And my mom used to have a boarding nursery. She is very strict. They attach great attention to my education.
五、Spare time & Hobbies
I enjoy reading books because I can always learnsomething valuable. “Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish.” This attitude is exactly whatI need to keep moving forward in future. Reading books, as a spare-time hobby,contributes a lot to the shaping of my personality and I'll keep holding on toit.

Talk about a book you like. Myfavorite book isHeat Wave. The author is Eric Klinenberg. He paints the picture of social breakdown. In July 1995, Chicagoans suffered through a blistering week-long heat wave that buckled streets and downed portions of the city's power grid. It also left over 700 people dead. I think this book is very enlightening for this epidemic.

优点
Your strengths
I consider my strongest asset is sticking to things and getting them done. I try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is.Never give up and just keep going.
缺点
Your weaknesses
My disadvantage is that I am easily impatient when I meetdifficulties. So, I calmed myself by reading and watching drama. After a periodof work, I have been able to deal with many things calmly.

I learned a lot from experience about teamwork and project management. Taking practices under supervision, I realized that the process of changing theory into practice is really not easy.
