We read and write poetry because we are members of human race，

and the human race is filled with passion.

these are what we stay alive for这些才是我们活着的意义。
of the endless trains of the faithless 毫无信仰的人群川流不息
of the cities filled with the foolish 城市充斥着愚昧

The dead poets were dedicated to sucking the marrow out of the life.

Tis not too late to seek a newer world寻找更新的世界尚为时不晚
For my purpose holds to sail beyond the sunset我决心一定要驶过夕阳尽头
and though we are not now尽管我们不再有昔日的伟力
That strength which in old days moved earth and heaven.可以振天撼地。
That which we are,we are 我们仍有着，
one equal temper of heroic hearts
同样的英雄的心
Made weak by time and fate,but strong in will
时间和命运使它衰弱，但坚强意志还在
to strive,to seek,to find去奋斗,去探索,去发现
and not to yield永不屈服。
O to struggle against great odds
与逆境不屈抗争
To meet enemies undounted
以无畏的气势面对敌人
To be a sailor of the world
做一个世界的水手
Bound for all ports

While I live to be ruler of life
我要做生活的主宰
not a slave
不是奴隶
To mount the scarfolds
走上绞刑台
to advance to the muzzles of guns
迎向行刑的枪口
with perfect nonchalance!
我自安之如泰
to dance,clap hands,exalt shout,skip
舞蹈，鼓掌，兴奋欢叫，跳跃
roll on,float on!
飘飘荡荡，滚滚向前。
O to have life henceforth a poem of new joys.
