很多同学在论文投稿收到审稿意见后很恐慌，生怕自己一个不小心就阻碍论文的顺利发表。摆正心态！威廉斯塔福德诺布尔的《答复审稿人的10条简易法则》中提到：审稿过程能让你获得同领域多位专家的建议，可以大大改进你的内容。这对你的研究来说是百利无一害的！

而且，经过多轮同行评审的论文容易获得更多引用。

因此，大家应该把它当作一件和大牛们沟通的好事，不要当作别人给你稿件提意见的「坏事」。

为了更好的沟通，可以参考以下建议和回复模板：

一、五步法有效回复论文审稿意见

Step-01: 万能开头，礼貌谦和

在回复的第一步时要写几句感谢的话保持态度端正有礼貌，感谢审稿专家审阅稿件花费的时间和精力，感谢审稿专家和编辑的建议，表明这些建议对文章质量的提升至关重要，感谢编辑部的辛勤付出。再大概说明对文章进行了哪些修改，关键性问题可以高亮处理，如下图

Step-02: 逐条回答，不可遗漏

面对审稿意见我们要逐一进行回复，详细说明修改原因，如何修改，具体在论文里修改了哪里，修改的地方可以视情况在原文中使用高亮、审阅模式、批注等进行标记。

回答格式建议为：「审稿人意见原文+感谢审稿人意见+回答内容。」

The title is too long, I suggest shortening. Modified throughout the text according to the comment (Line 20, page 1).

Thank you for the title suggested. The precedent version of the title has been replaced, becoming... Line 25, page 1… Modified throughout the text according to the comment (Line 20, page 1).

回复小技巧：
1、揪语言：感谢-致歉-已改正-已润色
2、审稿人明显没看懂：是我们表达不够清晰准确造成误解
3、审稿人提问目前无人能回答时：已进行…尝试寻找答案，后续会…探索
4、审稿人让补实验没法做到：评估后无法做到-目前结果可支撑观点-后续论文会补充实验

使用不同排版方式来区分审稿人的意见、你的回应和你所做的修改。就是说，你可以逐条拷入审稿人意见（用一种字体），紧接着用另外的字体写下你的回应，以及你如何做的修改。

Step-03: 语言问题，必须修改

审稿人长期进行审稿，对语言用词比较熟悉和关注，审稿人如果对你的语言提出的修改意见，一定要仔细润色，如果自己英语水平不好，务必要找专业人士帮忙润色。

回复时建议按照以下模版进行：

We apologize for the poor language of our manuscript. We worked on the manuscript for a long time and the repeated addition and removal of sentences and sections obviously led to poor readability. We have now worked on both language and readability and have also involved native English speakers for language corrections. We really hope that the flow and language level have been substantially improved.

Step-04: 不同意？给出理由

如果不同意审稿人的意见，在感谢审稿人意见之后，应该给出足够的理由和结果用以佐证。 而对于无法修改的内容，也要说明其中具体的原因，但是同时你也要表示出你为此做出了什么样的措施来弥补，或者说你的理由足够充分。

表达上可使用：

We politely disagree. / We respectfully disagree.婉转的表述不同意，或者We agree with you that...., however, ......

Step-05: 回复模版

以上 4 点是回复时需要重点注意的地方，把它们串联一下就是完整回复模版，如下：

二、同意、反对审稿人建议该如何回复

1、当你同意审稿人建议时

这是最简单的情况。承认论文中存在的问题，并确认你已经做出修改即可。

示例:

We thank the reviewer for pointing this out.
We have revised.
We have removed.
We agree and have updated.
We have fixed the error.
This observation is correct.
We have changed.
We have made the change.
The new sentence reads as follows.

2、当你不同意审稿人意见时

编辑回复时一定要注意措辞。首先，强调你对审稿人的建议表示赞同。然后再解释为什么没有做出修改。

示例:

We agree with the reviewer that further elaborating on this point using new data would be helpful. However, we believe that expanding our dataset is neither feasible, given the costs involved, nor would significantly support our argument. For this reason, we chose not to make this change, but we added the following sentence to paragraph 3 in the discussion: “Though having a larger dataset would offer further insight…”.

We appreciate the reviewer’s insightful suggestion and agree that it would be useful to demonstrate that…; however, such an analysis is beyond the scope of our paper, which aims only to show that…. Nevertheless, we recognize this limitation should be mentioned in the paper, so we added the following sentence….
（我们感谢审稿人的建议并同意证明以下几点很有用……；然而，这样的分析超出了本论文的范围，我们的目的只是想表明……但是，我们认识到这一局限性在论文中应该提到，所以我们增加了以下句子…...）总之，无论你同意还是不同意审稿人的建议，都要证明你理解他们的建议并认真对待他们所提出的建议。

3、当审稿人意见不一致时

当审稿者们给了你不一致的建议时，不要回答:“As another reviewer suggested the opposite, we didn’t change the text.（另一个审稿人的建议正好相反，所以我们没有修改文本。）”。

必须选择你所赞同的建议，然后向另一个审稿人证明你的选择。例如，你可以这样说，“As we received conflicting advice from another reviewer, we decided to make the change they suggested, because…. We hope this was the right decision. （我们从另一个审稿人那里收到了不一致的建议，我们决定按照他的建议来做修改，因为……，我们希望这是一个正确的决定。）”

三、回复意见模板

小编翻了翻自己以前写的回复信，虽然说每个人的情况不同，回复信肯定也都是千差万别的，但多多少少还是有一定模板性的，尤其是对于第一次遇到这种情况的研究生朋友们，可以先从模板开始熟悉一下此类回复信的大体内容和形式。

三、在回复审稿人时常遇到的问题：

01 回复时间越快越好？

错！时间不可短，也不能超过 deadline。

首先太短显得草率。原则上，「mini revision」要一周后再回复，「major revision」，回复时间要三周以上。

如果遇到需要数据而你没有的，尽快安排实验或分析，无法按期完成，需要与老板商量斟酌是否需要先与杂志方联系推迟截稿日期。

02 如何优化回复信排版？

建议使用字体、颜色和缩进的变化来区分三种不同的元素：审稿人的意见、你对意见的回应以及你对稿件所做的修改。你可以在答复函的第一部分对这种区分方式进行交代。

03 结论先行，回复以“是”与“否”开始

对于每条评论，在可能情况下直接先回应“是”与“否”，再说明你是如何修改的或不修改的原因。

你的目标是向审稿人表明你认真对待了他们的意见，你应该迅速传达你对他们的评论的回应。接着你也可以提供一些背景信息支持你的回复。最后，请记住，在大多数情况下，审稿人都是善意的同事，他们自愿抽出时间帮助确保科学文献中报告的结果的有效性。

我们要正确对待并最大化利用审稿人的审稿意见，让其成为提升我们科研论文质量和未来研究能力的一种助力，而非「绊脚石」！
