《Five little monkeys sitting in a tree》五只小猴子和妈妈一起到河边野餐，妈妈才打一下盹，五只调皮的小猴子已爬上树去，说是要去看鳄鱼先生，但看着看着，居然开始逗弄起鳄鱼先生，对着下面的鳄鱼喊着：“抓不到我吧！”结果小猴子一只只的不见……河岸上的妈妈紧张得都要哭出来了,但喜剧收场的安排让一度紧张的气氛转为皆大欢喜。本书除了有趣之外，还富有安全教育的意义呢。下面就让我们和宝贝们一起读起来吧！

But, wait! Look!
天哪，小猴子们全都不见了！

整整齐齐地坐在大树上
Their mama hugs them.
猴妈妈激动地抱着她的孩子们
Their mamascolds them. " Never tease a crocodile.
It's not nice – and it'sdangerous."
猴妈妈批评了他们
以后不许再逗弄鳄鱼先生啦！
这是不礼貌的，而且很危险！
Then five little monkeys and their mama
eat a delicious supper.
五只小猴子和猴妈妈美美地享用了他们的野餐
And they do not tease Mr. Crocodile again!
他们再也不敢逗弄鳄鱼先生啦！
在我小时候，我家屋背后有几棵大树，我经常和小伙伴一起爬到树上去玩，我妈妈总担心小小的我们会不小心掉下来，总在树下面喊我们快下来。我们每次看到妈妈来了就赶紧往上爬，生怕被她抓下来。爬到上面后就冲着妈妈喊：你抓不到我了吧，哈哈！是不是像不惧危险、活泼可爱又调皮捣蛋的小猴子一样，你是不是也有这样类似的经历呢？
