昨天下午的英语演讲培训,有几位学员是第一次站在台上用英语演讲,非常不容易,也终于有了突破。
上台之前大家都觉得太难了,一方面英语就不是那么流利,另一方面还很紧张。这上台简直就是要命啊!我也默默的问自己:你太狠了…
还有位小伙伴说,我在下面讲可以,但是一上台完全变了一个人!我不习惯台下有人看着我,特别是观众面无表情的时候…
有这么多的负面想法,大家迟迟不敢上台。我尝试着鼓励大家试试,哪怕是只说几句也行,一句也算!
结果有六位小伙伴在台上完成了演讲,每个演讲都是三分钟。看上去比她们想象中要好很多。
有些事情其实没有想象中那么难,是我们设计了这样那样的障碍。最常见的一句话:不行,不行,我真不行!

舞台恐惧是每个人都有的一种常见的心理现象,是每个演讲者都需要去面对的困难。
It's indeed a hunan nature that stage fright is part of public speakers: no one could ever escape. How to solve it becomes a very challaeging and sharp issue that presenter should absolutely consentrate on. I would rather say meriting it than solving it coz we could never get rid of it. Let alone, it might be a powerful tool helping stimulate and excite us. I have to admit stage panic is a personal affair. Different individuals have various situations that they may face.
But one thing is 100% certain. Experience gains confidence!You are absolutely much more excerllent far beyond your imagination.
