I happened(碰巧) to read a book,named《who move my cheese？》,and I learn a lot of things according it。
书中给我们讲述了四个小人物在面对变化时(他们原本可以依赖的C奶站不再有奶酪）的不同态度和所采取的行动。
In the book,it is told us the story about four little characters attitude and what they would do when they found there was no longer had cheese in station C.
一 人物介绍
Sniff and Scurry were two little mice,who had simple rodent brain（简单的鼠类动物大脑）,but good instincts（直觉）.Sniff had great nose ,it can always sniff out change（嗅出变化）quickly,and Scurry could took action immediately（立即行动）.
So when the things changed, they could also found hard nibbling cheese in other places , just using their simple trail and error method(试错方式）.
Hem and Haw were two little people,who thought they were enough smart to get what they wanted and resisted to make change.
Every morning they changed their jogging suit and running shoes(运动服和跑步鞋）, left home and got into the maze ,used their smart brains to develop more sophisticated methods（用他们聪明的大脑去寻找更成熟，有效的方法）to find cheese.Finally they found a different cheese with capital C, that made them happy and successful.
二 奶酪消失
1, The following days（接下来的日子）, they woke up a little later,dressed a little slower, because they knew cheese there and how to get there.
2, But some day later（不久之后),things changed.the cheese station C was no longer cheese. they stayed there wait and wait ,but still no cheese, they wondered what’s really going on here?
3, They could not accept that the cheese gradually been getting smaller（逐渐变小）, but believed it been moved all of a sudden（突然）. Then they thought that the cheese maybe hidden（隐藏),so they decided to dig a hole(挖个洞） in the wall, but no matter how hard they were,there was still had no cheese, and they thought maybe the hole was not big, they dug and dug again,but there just a large hole in the wall. At the same time they became weaker and weaker because lack of(缺少）food.
At that moment（就在那时）,Haw began to think mice,what did they do when they found there is no cheese? Maybe they found new cheese earlier in other places（在别的地方）? So why should I just stayed here to wait the cheese back? Why should I didn’t go into maze（进入迷宫） to looking for cheese again?
三 Haw态度转变
Then two little people had different opinions(不同意见）about whether they should got out of(走出）the cheese station C .
1, Haw thought they should leaving here . But Hem said :”why should we change? We were entitled(授权，使有资格） to our cheese, we didn’t cause this problem?”on the other hand (另一方面），the station C was comfortable, also,he was getting old（变老了）and afraid of getting lost (迷失）if he leaving station C. So he choose to stay here waiting his cheese back.
2, Haw certainly knew there were full of dangerous(充满危险）if he leaving station C, but when he evaluated their situation（评估他们的处境）,he wanted to make change. But when he decided to take action he always can thinking of Hem’s words, “what if there is no cheese out there? What if you did not find?”(如果外面没有奶酪怎么办？如果你找不到又怎么办？)so he felt fears again and the fearful beliefs(害怕的念头）almost killing him.
3, In the end, he tried to force(试图强迫）him painting a picture in his mind（在脑子里绘一幅图）,he was so surprised that the picture made him feel good, gathered his courage again(重拾勇气）,why not move with cheese? he thought . Finally he began to laugh at himself for his fear doing something(嘲笑自己害怕做某事）.
四 Haw用行动获得了成功
So the following story told us how Haw conquer himself （克服自己）and achieved successful.
Here were 8 tips:
1, What would you do if you weren’t afraid?
After that,he began to get out of his comfort zone(走出舒适区）and adapt to change（适应变化）sooner, he believed that would make things better. At first（起初）,although his progress was two steps forward and one step backward(进两步退一步）, but he realized that things was not as bad as he had feared it might be.at least he could taking control,not letting things happen to him（至少他能控制事情，而不是让事情来控制他）.
2, Smell your cheese often so you know when it is getting old.
At this phase,he almost losing his physical strength(失去体力）,he thought he would die and he wanted to give up（放弃）,back to station C, but at that moment he was surprised that his best times was when he was moving. He choose to stick to(坚持）.
3,Movement in a new direction help you find a new cheese.
He imagine all kinds of frighting things(各种可怕的事情）that could happen to him,he was scaring himself to death（把自己吓死）. Finally he found there was always had a new cheese waiting for you if you were willing to move.
4,When you move beyond you fear,you feel free(当你战胜恐惧，你就能够获得自由）.
Imagining yourself enjoying the cheese,even before you find it,lead you to it.
5,The quick you let go off（放弃） old cheese,the sooner you find new cheese.
It is safer to search in the maze than remain in a cheeseless station.
6,Fear you let build up（建立） in your mind is worse than the situation that actually exists（实际情况远没有你想象的那么害怕）.
Old beliefs（旧观念）do not lead you to the new cheese, new beliefs encourage, so try to behave in a new way.
7,When you change what you belief, you change what you do（当你思想发生变化时，你的行为就会发生变化）.
8,Move with the cheese and enjoy it! The end.....or is it a new beginning?
