2. Users who are banned for violating the User Agreement can contact TagAPP on their own. Users who have been banned may submit a complaint, which will be reviewed by TagAPP and will be subject to any change in punishment at its own reasonable discretion.

4. User understands and agrees that User shall indemnify TagAPP and its partner companies and affiliates against and hold harmless TagAPP from any claim, demand or loss, including reasonable attorney fees, claimed by any third party resulting from or arising out of User's breach of this Agreement.

Third, the content published by users

2. Users shall not use the "TagAPP" account or the Service to create, upload, copy, publish or disseminate the following content prohibited by laws, regulations and policies:

(1) those who oppose the basic principles established in the Constitution;

(2) endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

(3) damages the honor and interests of the State;

(4) inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination or undermining ethnic unity;

(5) sabotaging state religious policies and propagating heresies and feudal superstitions;

(6) spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;

(7) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting a crime;

(8) Insulting or slandering others or infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;

(9) Information containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

3. Users shall not use their TagAPP account or the Service to create, upload, copy, publish or disseminate the following content that interferes with the normal operation of the Service or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:

(1) contains any sex or sexual innuendo;

(2) Abusive, intimidating or threatening contents;

(3) Those containing harassment, spam advertisements, malicious information and decoy information;

(4) Involving the privacy, personal information or data of others;

(5) Infringing upon others' right of reputation, right of portrait, intellectual property rights, business secrets and other legal rights;

(6) Contain other information that interferes with the normal operation of the Service and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

Iv. Rules of use

1. Any content transmitted or posted by user on or through the service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent, the views, positions or policies of TagAPP, for which TagAPP assumes no responsibility.

2. Users shall not use the "TagAPP" account or the Service to do the following:

(1) Submitting or releasing false information, or embezzling others' pictures or materials, or impersonating or using others' names;

(2) Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click the linked page or share information;

(3) making up facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;

(4) using technical means to establish a batch of false accounts;

(5) Using the "TagAPP" account or the Service to engage in any illegal or criminal activities;

(6) Making and releasing methods and tools related to the above activities, or operating or disseminating such methods and tools, no matter whether these activities are for commercial purposes;

(7) Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of the "TagAPP" or the service is not expressly authorized.

3. User shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy and validity of the information transmitted by using the "TagAPP" account or the Service, and shall be solely liable for any legal liability related to the information transmitted by User and shall have nothing to do with TagAPP.

Users shall indemnify TagAPP or any third party in accordance with the law.

4. The Services provided by TagAPP may include advertisements, and User agrees to display advertisements provided by TagAPP and third Party suppliers and partners during use. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, users shall be solely responsible for transactions based on such advertising information.

TagAPPshall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the user as a result of any transaction made pursuant to such advertising message or the content provided by such advertiser.

Five, the other

1. TagAPP solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses exempting TagAPP from liability and restricting users' rights in this Agreement. Users are required to read them carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should be accompanied by a legal guardian to read this Agreement.

2. The validity, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute or dispute between The User and TagAPP, the user shall first settle the dispute through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the User agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the jurisdiction of the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where TagAPP resides.

3. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.

This Agreement is copyrighted by TagAPP and TagAPP reserves all rights to interpret this Agreement.
