When we consciously or unconsciously begin to judge something as good or bad as an experience, we are going to try to manipulate it. But in nature, things are just nature, they are what they are. They are neither good nor bad, they are just what they are. When practicing, three of the main bugbears [in this regard] are: 1) Sounds, 2) Thinking Mind, and 3) Pain.
