利益形成的基础是“共赢”,康地公司持续发展和壮大的根本是为客户提供性价比更好的产品(特别是终端用户)。因此,作为供应商的我们,天职就是极大地维护终端用户的合理利益并且不断地改善之。这样才能扩展公司产品的市场占有率并提高公司的生产规模,结果就是公司的生产和管理成本下降了,利益进一步扩大了。而扩展的利益必须重新合理地分配到利益群体中去,特别是终端用户。当市场占有率开始缩小的时候,也就是利益的分配朝着终端用户相反的方向倾斜的时候,我们必须特别注意,因为公司产品的市场占有率下降,公司的成本会上升,其最终结果就是“崩盘”。

The basis of“win-win” situation is interests and profits. Conti has sustained development and growth because we provide customers with cost-effective products (especially to end-users). Therefore, we as vendors, our duty is to safeguard the legitimate interests of end users and continue to improve our services. We have to expand our market share and increase the company's production scale, so as to lowerproduction and administrative costs, thus resulting in more profits. Increased profits must be reasonably allocated to interest groups, especially the end users. When market share begins to shrink, it means insufficient interests allocated to the end users, and we must pay special attention to this, because if company's market share falls, the company’s costs will rise, and the net result is "crash".
I talked about opportunity in my last article. We should pursue to create more opportunities for more people, and opportunities was created because interests exist. When interests do not exist there is no opportunity! I hope we can pursue higher goals, and to create more opportunities for more people, not only for one’s own interests and benefits.
