pip安装错误，pip换源结局问题

解决方案：参考网址
据说还可以提高pip下载速度

修改文件~/.pip/pip.conf (没有就创建一个)
在文件中添加：

[global]
index-url = https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

这次重装基本都用的清华的源 解决了上面这个错误
