2021年最后一天，也是年底项目交付的日子，如果晚一天交付，就会有客户罚款。在金钱和时间的双重压力下，项目按时交付似乎是顺理成章的事情。像极了2021年的日子，很多顺理成章设定好的事情：白天上班，晚上开会，周末和打球跑步。
时间是敌人，也是朋友。
通过跑步，力量基本训练，我的篮球技战术进步了一点。
通过讲课，参加演讲活动，我对故事的理解更深了一点。
通过项目，工作中的决定，我对产品和商务更懂了一点。
人见的多了，书却读的少了。
我见了很多小朋友，他们演讲，参加比赛，他们编程，参加比赛. 有的还在球场上遇到，让我感到： 时间更是他们的朋友。
学习最好的方式是教授，读文章最好的方式是写文章。于是，我决定2022年把自己教青少年演讲的经验和故事写一写，让更多的家长可以有方法教自己的小孩子演讲说话的技巧。
写下来了，时间好像在这一刻停下来了，被慢慢的封存，时间成了我们共同的朋友。
2022年即将开启，2021项目通过了验收，新的项目会接踵而至，就像篮球比赛，还有下一场。
在这个特殊的跨年时刻，就像中场休息，可以总结过去，准备将来，我的祝福就像你的粉丝和观众，给你加油。 2022新年快乐。加油！(下面是英文版）
The last day of 2021 is Project Delivery Milestone,there will be a penalty if we miss the deadline. Under the pressure of money &time, it seems Normal to deliver projects on time. Like the days in 2021, thingsare planned: work during the day, meetings at night, Basketball and runningover weekends.
Time is both an enemy and a friend.
Through running and basic strength training, mybasketball skills and tactics improved a little.
Through teaching and public-speaking practice, I hada deeper understanding of story.
Through projects and decision-making at work, Ilearned a little more about products and business.
I met more people, but read less books.
I met a lot of kids, they delivered speeches &participated in competitions; they learnt programming & participated in contest.I found that time is their friend.
The best way to learn is to teach, and the best wayto read is to write. Therefore, I decided to write down my experience and storiesof teaching public-speaking in 2022, so that more parents can have a referenceto teach their children speaking skills.
When you Write down, time seems to freeze at thatmoment, your life is slowly sealed, then time becomes our friend.
2022 is about to kick-off, 2021 project is delivered,and new projects will flow in, just like basketball games, we have next one inthe pipeline.
