这是maven 自定义仓库配置方案。本地仓库默认放在C盘，如果要想将本地仓库转移到指定到自动以的位置，就需要配置setting.xml，下载后只需修改本地仓库的配置即可！

maven的setting.xml文件如下：

一，把localRepository 设置为你自己的本地仓库地址：

二，把mirror设置为阿里的maven地址，这样下载jar包速度快
