建立控制器
要设计一个控制器，单击窗口左侧的控制器文件夹树状图。如果菜单上没有控制器，单击New按钮并给控制器一个描述性名称。
若要对一个新的（或现有的）控制器进行过程编辑/修改，可从列表中选择控制器，然后单击Select（选择）按钮。
控制器窗口字段和按钮
Controller Name（控制器名称） 显示工作区内的控制器。
Status（状态） 控制器状态。若控制器已经构建好，状态为“Up to Date（最新的）”，若控制器自上次构建后有任何修改，则状态为“Out of Date（过期的）”。
Select（选择） 选择要工作的控制器。
New（新建） 新建控制器。
Delete（删除） 删除高亮的控制器。
Copy（复制） 复制高亮的控制器作为一个新控制器的模板。
Rename（重命名） 重命名高亮的控制器。
新控制器的默认值
要创建一个新控制器，步骤如下：

Setting Up a Controller
To design a controller, click on the Controller folder on the tree structure on the left hand side of the window. If no controller exists on the menu, click the New button and give the controller a descriptive name.
To start the edit/modify process for a new (or existing) controller, select the controller from the list and click the Select button.
Controllers Window Fields and Buttons
Controller Name Displays the controllers in the workspace.
Status The controller status. The status can be “Up to Date” if the controller was built or “Out of Date” if any modifications have been made since the last build.
Select Selects the Controller to work with.
New Creates a new controller.
Delete Deletes the highlighted controller.
Copy Copies the highlighted controller to use as a template for a new controller.
**Rename **Renames the highlighted controller.
New Controller Defaults
To create a new controller, follow this procedure:
- Click the New button in the Controllers window. The following dialog box opens:
- If desired, modify the default name for the controller. Otherwise, continue with the recommendation.
- Click the OK button. The new controller is created and its name appears in the tree structure.
- At this point you can edit/modify the controller settings and/or build it as is. The default settings for any new controller are:
• All variables are assigned to a single sub-controller with period set to one.
• All the process model outputs (POVs) are controlled variables (CVs).
• There are no economic functions.
• All damping factors for MVs and deviations for CVs are set to one.
•Compaction points are calculated automatically. The calculation is based on the step responses for the CVs.
Copying a Previously-Designed Controller
You may use an existing controller as the template for a new design. To achieve this, highlight the source controller and click the Copy button. The following dialog box pops open:
The result is then: - A default name is displayed for the controller. However, you can enter a different name.
- After clicking the OK button, the new controller is created and its name appears in the tree structure. Just as before, you can now edit/modify the controller setting and/or build it as is.
