作者论证这块的时候，举了个例子。就是一个教摄影的教授，在新学期的时候把学生分成了两组：
A 组是quantity组，就是KPI是数量：100张照片得A；90张照片得B；80张得C以此类推。
B组是qulity组，就是KPI是质量：照片质量越高，得分越高。
最终是A组学生在学期期末的时候进步更大。很多时候，我们总是去追求完美，追求一步到位，反而低估了持续进步一点点，坚持的魅力。
也许，龟兔赛跑的故事，想告诉我们的就是坚持的力量。
