1、黑转粉、路转粉、粉转黑
粉丝：对某种群体的爱好者
黑粉：反对某个公众人物的人，并有过激行为。
路人粉：对于某个公众人物有点喜欢，并不会有过激行为的人。
明星对于现在的普通人来说，绝对是不陌生的。
在微博上，经常会有这三种群体：粉丝、黑粉、路人粉。
混迹网络的人经常会在这三种情况循环。
所以，这就要看各路神仙大展身手了。

3、触龙说赵太后--因势利导
在战国策里面有这样一个故事。
在战国时期，秦国攻打战国，赵国形式危急，与邻国齐国求救。
但是齐国为保险，一定要让赵太后的小儿子长安君为人质，才肯出兵支援。但是赵太后过于溺爱长安君，不肯出兵。
这时候触龙以自己儿子为出发点，说他非常溺爱自己的儿子，使得太后产生共情。
最后又说出一番“爱子则为之计深远”，使得太后最终同意长安君到齐国为质子，解除了国家的危机。
这就是如何正确的使用身份认同的案例。
把他人看中的事物和自己想要达到的目标挂钩起来，很大程度上可以促成一件事情的成功。

心得体会
刚刚看了一部电影，普拉达女王。
看到里面的主角在五光十色的设计世界里面迷失自我，又找回自我的时候。
真的，觉得，有时候人们在做一件事情的时候，确实是需要考虑自己当初的初衷是为了什么。
而且最重要的是，不要忘记，生活不是自己一个人活着，而是和爱我及我爱的人一起健康快乐，并且有目标和方向的生活着。
不要迷失自我，这是最后的提示。
