Morning jogging Day 4 . Today I broke my record! It just took me five minutes 47 seconds to cover a kilometer, faster than the last time, which was 6 minuets 19 seconds. But my total speed was almost the same, more than 25 minuets three kilometers. The next challenge is to finish my 3-kilometer run in less than 20 minuets! To keep English Diary of my jogging is also a challenge. Keep going! [拳头][拳头]
