Twitter栏目规则:
这些是我很喜欢的twitter。
{}中是我的感想。
Stay busy. Stay focused. Ignore the bullshit. Get money.{每一项都很难做到。我现在闲散,不专注,注意力总放在shit上,而且还没有赚钱。}
Fuck your feelings. Nobody cares.{不要有情绪,理性做事。忘掉情绪,因为没人关心。}
You don’t want to waste your time and energy on tasks that you can employ somebody else todo.Focus your energy where your expertise is needed.{找到自己的优势,不断加深它。不要做那些其他人都能做的事。}
I mute the nitpickers, block the outraged,like the kind, follow the insightful.{屏蔽掉xx,关注智者。}
Live Intentionally: Discipline, Mindset,Direction - A 90 DAY SELF-PROJECT{生活要刻意为之,自律,观念,方向}
When you start a business by yourself itcan be difficult to let go and not control every aspect, but it’s imperative ifyou want to maximise growth.{如果想快速成长,开一个属于自己的公司吧。}
So what are you afraid of? That a bunch of people who where to scared to chase their dreams might judge you for chasing yours? Fuck that, go after what you want, pisspeople off, try, fail.{所以,你在怕什么呢?那些自己怕逐梦的人就能判定你实现不了自己的梦?去他妈的,你要去追逐自己想要的,别管其他人的意见,尝试,失败。}
But never base your actions off of the opinion of losers.{为什么要在乎平庸人的意见?}
If a man lacks focus,everything else is meaningless.{没有专注,其它都别谈。}

> How to have a difficult conversation
> Foundational Mental Models
> How to develop good habits
> How to change your mind
> Learning how to learn
> How to persuade
> How to sell{每一个技能在未来50年都很有用。这些技能不会过时。想到一句话“与其学习一些明天就可能过时的东西,比如某种特定类型的软件(两年后甚至没有人使用) ,不如选择那些能让你在10年或20年后变得更聪明的东西。”}
Does this person deserve my respect and service or not?{莫向庸人请教。}
Listen to your elders” is probably the worst advice you’ll ever receive.{不听老人言,吃亏在眼前。这应该是最糟糕的建议。}
what exactly do you have that will give you confidence in yourself?The #1 cause of a lack of confidence i shaving no achievements.{想要获得自信,要靠”成就“的累积。}
Modern day life is easy, you don’t have to hunt for food, you won’tstarve to death because of your reluctance to fix your body and mind, and youcan pretty much live a comfortable life without taking any real risks.{我发现,这个世界还是不够残酷。或者说,残酷性早已不像动物世界那样直白、干脆、快速,你的软弱或错误不是即时清算的。现实世界的延迟反馈将要害死不少人。}
Confidence does *not* come from the insideout. You cannot randomly become a confident person – that only happens inmovies.Real confidence comes from the outside in.{我想到一部电影《好好先生》,有段时间是改变我整个人的“精神状态”的,但后来还是弱下去了。也许就是因为此。}It comes with practice and preparation, not from some bullshitsession on “positive thoughts”. wins, achievements, and experiences{我之前自信来自于阿迪达斯鞋或耐克鞋或者aj,应该从体态,作品等等外显的(和自己相关的),不是虚拟的无形资产他人的品牌获得自信支持。}
Small wins will give you the preparationand the confidence you need to aim for big wins.{这话的精神,和我之前看到的一些话类似。自信源于小成功事件地积累,不能期待“switch”一样地快速彻底改变。}
If you’re not comfortable with hearing a NO95 times out of 100, you’re not going to win. Just keep going – it’s a numbersgame.){角度新鲜,被拒绝没那么可怕。}
-
Exposure and practice.{想起来很久前ted看到的关于建立自信的问题。疯狂地练习,让它变成肌肉记忆,你已经手到擒来,炉火纯青了,自信自然就有了。很多时候,怯场或不自信,因为你根本没有熟悉它,没有刻意练习它。}

年底时若能真正“做到”以上任何一件事,那么千万文字就不算是白看。或许那句“贪多嚼不烂”是真理。因为人的时间、精力、注意力全都稀缺,“点数”非常有限,如果一个地方点多了,另一个地方就只能点少。如果点数各个领域加得很平均,那么就注定没有独特优势。
