iOS 10.3 开放了更换 app 图标的 API，核心方法是下面这个：
func setAlternateIconName(_ alternateIconName: String?,
completionHandler: ((Error?) -> Void)? = nil)
详情可以参考官方文档,如果你想要实现更换APP图标的功能，你还需要在 info.plist 添加一些参数才行，参数可参考官方注释。
