and the last year what new skill or knowledge have you acquried?(去年你又学会了什么新技能或者新知识？)
what kind of investment have you made in you?(你对自己做了哪种投资？)
a lot of people as soon sa they punch out they rush home to sit on the couch(很多人一下班就回家坐在沙发上)
they rushed home to do nothing.(你们急匆匆的回家却什么都不做)
they rush home just to sit there and figure out okay i'm going to go sleep do it all tomorrow(那么急着回家就只是坐在那儿，觉得该去睡觉了剩下的事留到明天)
you have to give it everything you're got(你得要竭尽全国来完成你的梦想)
no more TV no more parties no more play if you have a 4.0(别再看电视 别去参加聚会 别只想着娱乐 如果你想得到4.0分)
what you need to be doing is to studuy.(你需要做的主只是学习)
this is a life class.(这是一节生活课堂)
that means that we have an opportunity to learn how to maximize our lives.(这意味着我们有机会学会如何拓宽生命的宽度)
think of the things that you're doing that somebody else could be doing and(想想你在做什么事情 别人在做什么事情)
think of yourself as a precious commodity(把自己当个宝贝一样供着)
that you are going to reseve your energy for your highest and best use(你想要厚积薄发)
all the successful people have the exact same amount of time that you have each day.(所有成功人士每天所拥有时间和你的完全相同)
so what did they do that you may not be doing(而你们却在做你可能不会去做的事)
they invested in themselves on the weekends after work in the evening(你们在周末 下班后 夜间 充实自己)
they put time on something that they wanted to do they invested their own time in themselves(你们把时间安排到他们想做的事当中 你们把时间投资给了自己)
we are busier than any other generation we have seen in the last three to four hundred years(回顾过去的三四百年，我们这一代比以往任何一代看起来都要忙)
we are just as busy as we can be and we think because we're busy(我们尽可能让自己心起来，导致一种错觉就是我们忙起来了)
we're effective , but I want you to challenge your schedule for minute and(效率就高了 不过我希望你把你的时间表细化到每一分钟)
ask yourself are you?(扪心自问 你做到了吗？)
are you really being effective?(你真的在有效利用时间？)
Or is your life cluttered with al kinds of stuff that demands you and drains you and taxes you.(还是你的生活混杂着各种各样需要你去处理 榨干你的精力 还花费金钱的琐事？)
and stops you from being your highest and best self and are you substituting business(并且阻碍着你成为最好的自己？你有让那些事情)
and all the chaos that goes along with business from being effective?(以及随之而来的混乱变得有效率吗？)
Nobody is too busy,it's just a matter of priorites.
it takes time to be creative(创作是需要花时间的)
you were meant to be creative you were created in the likeness and the image of a creator(你天生有创造力 你生来就有有创意的样子)
and in that likeness of in that image you have creativity(这样的你创意无限)
if you had time you would be creative.(只要你有时间 你就该去创作)
the most important thing is to value our time.(最重要的是充分利用起你的时间)
so waht are you going to do with this time. how much of it do you think you're already used up.(所以你将在这些时间做什么？你的时间利用率有多少？)
what are you gonna do today?(你今天接下来会做什么？)
