Today is Saturday.
Babar lived with the old lady, doing morning exercises with her and driving a car to the town every day. He learnt from a professor and made good progress. In the evening, he told the old lady's friends about his life in the forest. But he was not very happy because he couldn't play with his cousins and his best friend in the forest, the monkey. He often sat by the window, even cried sometimes when he remembered his mother. Until two years later, when he was walking in the street, he saw two elephants, wearing no clothes. He told the old lady they were his cousins. He gave them a hug and took them to a store and bought them clothes. And then he took them to a pasty shop to eat some cakes. Meanwhile, the elephants in the forest were calling and hunting the two elephants. Fortunately a bird flew over the town and saw them. The bird came back as soon as possible to tell them. The mother of those two elephants came to the town to fetch them back. Babar wanted to go back to the forest with them. The old lady helped him pack his trunk.
