I would still choose my current job, even if other chances were offered. However, I’d probably do it in a different way.
Before reaching financial freedom, we all have to sell our time for money, and we call that A JOB. So when we are talking about what is a good job and would you like to change your job, we are actually talking about what is the best way to sell your time, and do you want to change the way you are undertaking. Some argue that a good job should have good pay, and they have merit, considering our time is limited and precious, and higher pay means higher unit value. But with this criterion, you may miss some promising opportunities. For me, a good job permits great chance of personal growth, meaning you may accumulate know-how and hone your skills by doing it.
We may have no choice but to take a job, yet we all have plenty choices on how to do that, and that explains why people have different gains even if they are doing the same job – someone is just doing it in an extraordinary way.
A good job means good chance of growth, and a good way of doing it means you are growing. From this view, I am satisfied with my job, but disappointed with the way I did it. So if I was given another chance, I would stick with my current job, but would do it in another way, a way with pondering and improvement deliberately.
