今天，S小姐管理的平台收到投诉，疑似侵权。原来是我们用的单词，被投诉说侵犯了他人的知识产权。我们其实只是英语不够好，把flip 用成了 elastic. 但是真的不是我写的，追究也没有意义，关键是如何让这个专门来抓“痛脚”的公司主动撤诉？顺便说一句，这家公司不是知识产权的拥有者，他们只是专门接受别的公司的委托，来“搞事情”的。
大致跟S小姐说了一下跟RED POINT的人应该如何沟通，让她出一份邮件。关键点如下:
1. 并非有意侵权，我们只是误用词语。
2. 我们将按照对方的要求下架相关产品，希望对方主动撤诉（这是重点要求）
3. 投诉对我们的平台会产生很坏的影响，希望对方撤诉，并保证多多学习关于知识产权的学问，不再产生误解。
其实只需要翻译一下就好了，思路已经有给了99%。然而，S小姐发给我的邮件草稿如下：
Dear Sir or Madam,
Good day!
We are a factory who sell products on Alibaba, we received a complaint from you about the product word “flip belt”,number is 201708160226038567.
There is a meaning of the word“flip”in chinese like “elastic”. The belt is made of elastic material, so we use this word on the name, as a qualifier for the belt material. But we didn’t know the brand “Flipbelt” before you message, also we never think to use this name, because we have our own brand name, we just said “flip belt”, that’s 2 words.
It’s innocent of us to receive this complaint from you, because this would do a very big effect to our website on Alibaba while we didn’t use this brand name“Flipbelt”. Now we learn this brand, we will check our wordings and be more careful in this, we will not use this brand name or similar words, also we will remove the word and product that you complained.
We request you withdraw this complaint on Alibaba. Thank you!

First of all, please kindly understand we never intended to infringe upon your client's trademark rights of "Flipbelt". We will do what you asked to remove product and please kindly withdraw complaint from your side as well.
As you can see, we used the words "flip belt" because our website editor thought "flip" is a word means "elastic", forgive us if our English is not so good and made this confusion. But we used "flip" just because the waist belt bag made of elastic material, we didn't know your client's brand "Flipbelt" until we received your complaint.
A complaint will do a very big and bad effect to our Alibaba website, please kindly withdraw it. After all, we are kind of innocent, right?
Now we learn this is a brand name, and we will ask our website editor learn more brand names and avoid any misunderstanding in the furture.
