借着这个热点，今天给大家分享个翻译小知识。

以发展促人权，消除一切形式贫困等理念，中国的人权倡导在国际人权领域引发了强烈的反响和广泛的共鸣。
这句话中的“消除一切形式贫困”怎么翻译呢？
“消除贫困”可以说eradicate/end/eliminate poverty，顺便说下“脱贫”的翻译，可以是lift sb out of poverty，这个在报告中经常出现，被动就是sb be lifted out of poverty。“脱贫”也可以说sb shake off poverty或escape poverty。如：
现行联合国标准下的7亿多贫困人口成功脱贫，占同期全球减贫人口总数70%以上。
According to current UN standards,more than 700 million Chinese people have been lifted out of poverty,accounting for more than 70% of the global total over the same period.
还比如国际组织文件中这句：
Education in itself is an empowering right and one of the most powerful tools by which economically and socially marginalized children and adults canlift themselves out of poverty and participate fully in society.
教育本身可以赋予人们权利。对于在经济和社会上被边缘化的儿童和成年人而言，教育是他们摆脱贫困、充分参与社会最有力的工具之一。
“脱贫攻坚战”可以说the/its fight against poverty，加the或its是特指中国的脱贫攻坚战，如：
We have made decisive progress inthe fight against poverty.
脱贫攻坚取得决定性进展。
我国脱贫攻坚战取得了全面胜利。
China has scored a "complete victory" inits fight against poverty.
好，我们再看看“一切形式”的翻译，这个是修饰“贫困”的，可以一起翻译为poverty in all its forms，这个里面需要注意得有its，因为是指poverty的“形式”；form是复数。比如“反对一切形式的恐怖主义”就可以说oppose terrorism in all its forms
poverty in all its forms也可以说all forms of poverty，如Chinadaily例句：
Eliminating all forms of poverty is the primary goal of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
注意：
原文说的是“消除一切形式贫困等理念”，但是我们一般不说消除理念，这里指的就是“消除一切形式贫困”。
所以这个可以翻译为eradicate/end/eliminate poverty in all its forms。
真题中这句话整体就翻译为：
以发展促人权，消除一切形式贫困等理念，中国的人权倡导在国际人权领域引发了强烈的反响和广泛的共鸣。
