Time Management and Resilience
06/09/2017
I am too sensitive about time management. Professor Randy mentioned some tips of time management on The Last Lecture. I was ignited by them when I read them.
Firstly, I want to share some tips about time management by Randy Pausch. Here is what he knows:
1.Time must be explicitly managedw, like money.
2.You can always change your plan, but only If you have one.
3.Ask yourself: Are you spending your time on the right thing?(This tip is most important to me.)
4.Develop a good filing system.
5.Rethink the telephone.
6.Delegate.
7.Take a time out.
Secondly, I have more to write. From this night on, I will write down three moments of joy before I went to bed for 30 days.
1/30
Moment 1: I spent 2 hours watching Fast & Furious 8. It is a wonderful movies which is full of advanced technology and smart, kind people.
Moment 2: I had a call with young sister. It was happy to chat with her.
Moment 3: I know what resilience is. It is the ability to become strong, healthy, or successful again after something bad happens. I want to be a resilient man.
Tomorrow will be a great day. I will do my best to practice my writing and pronouciation.
