1.引入说明
- 背景:Android6.0开始蓝牙需要位置权限才能扫描到设备;位置权限属于敏感权限,需要动态申请,用户授权;

- 1.判断权限是否被授予,没有则申请

注意:shouldShowRequestPermissionRationale()方法,用户在设置里取消了授权, 或之前拒绝请求过 时返回true。第一次询问 , check了不再询问 时返回false。
