建立一个springmvc项目
- 在pom中添加SpringMVC依赖
- 在web.xml中配置SpringMVC核心servlet,Spring自动装配servlet,以及字符过滤器,用于解决中文编码问题

- 在resource中建立springmvc的配置文件,和springmvc文件区分只负责扫描controller注解,而spring配置文件只不扫描controller注解
