今天选择实践的这本《Dear Zoo》这是一本撕不破的硬纸板书，是低幼启蒙的最佳选择。本书入选美国纽约图书馆推荐的“每个人都应该知道的100本图画书”。作家罗德．坎贝尔（Rod Campbell）已经创作了100多本幼儿图画书，每一本都是针对幼儿学习过程而设计的。这本Dear Zoo已经成为玩具翻翻书的经典之作，还名列为“美国国家课程阅读书单”的选书。
Warm up环节来首《Let’s go to the zoo》带着孩子热身一下，顺便熟悉一下动物园里有哪些动物呢？

歌曲听完了，动物园里面有哪些动物呀？大象、长颈鹿、猴子、蛇、企鹅、北极熊等等。今天我们读的这本《Dear Zoo》就是跟动物园里的动物有关的。作者给动物园写信想养一只宠物，从封面我们可以看到一头狮子装在红色的笼子里？它是从动物园里来的，要运到哪里去呢？读完这本书你就知道答案了？
在这一本书里，每一页上都有一个小翻页，里面隐藏许多形状大小不一的动物。邀请小朋友们一起阅读，一起翻阅漂亮精致的小翻页，每打开一页，就引得孩子们惊叹声，精彩的绘本为大家呈现丰富多彩的缤纷动物世界。
因为书的内容比较简单，整个过程基本全部英文搞定，有小朋友不懂得旁边的大姐姐给她解释。

绘本读完了，提前做了互动卡片，让孩子把对应的动物放进对应的笼子里，把故事再复述一遍，把对应动物的形容词重复一遍elephant heavy big， giraffe fragile tall， lion danger fierce， camel grumpy， snake scary， monkey naughty， frog jumpy， puppy perfect
最后游戏环节：
1）用动物卡片，玩who’s missing的游戏；
2）描述动物的体貌特征，玩猜谜游戏。
孩子们听得很认真，玩得也很开心！可惜没有摄影师，留下的照片太少了。
