1. 论文的行文方向分为哪三种?
立论:在现有理论基础上,进一步发展,探索新方向, 或者验证已有结论, 指出新的研究方向。
驳论:在新的情境下, 进一步验证现有发现,获得有悖于结论的发现; 或者通过现有的推演发现未被充分验证的方向。
立驳兼顾
2. 论文核心部分的"故事线"是什么?
情节化思维:what, and why --- then what, and why ---...--- specific research objectives/hypothesis/propositions.
From the core questions, to find the results of previous research and the unique researching meaning and point. Then finding other questions with clues and theory to support them.
3. 论文的方法部分应包含哪些内容?
分析方法(如:统计方法, 质性归纳);必要措施(为防止分析方法不够严谨导致的一些问题, 采取的措施) ; 分析步骤 (第一步分析了控制变量与因变量关系, 第二部加入自变量, 第三部加入调节变量)
4. 基于第一次作业确定的研究课题,进一步细化具体的研究问题/假设,并列出每一个具体的研究问题/假设背后的逻辑链条("故事线")。在此基础上列出相应的数据类型、来源、变量测度方法及来源、数据处理方法、预期结果。
• Based on the previous work, I wanted to find out the gap of the research about the dynamic capabilities, and I made an assumption of 'how social (external) network facilitates dynamic capabilities of an organization.'
The picture below is the “story line” of my research.
• Data about social connection levels and the dynamic capabilities of an organization are usually not available via archival sources, hence to test the core question can design a survey-based study. Moreover, focus group and interviews can be used to collecting data as well. To collecting these data can prove whether the connection of social network can facilitate the dynamic capabilities in an organization.
