反馈技能的点滴
- FAST原则，Frequent，Accurate，Specific，Timely
- 不要讲那些别人无法改变的，而侧重于别人可以改变的
- Amplifier，积极的反馈可以鼓励其重复行为
- 不要but， 因为一个但是，会把所有其它内容否定掉
- Without talking feedback，否则会感觉到defensive，不要直接先说“我今天要给你一些反馈啊”
两大类反馈
- constructive，建设性反馈
- positive/reinforcement，强调性反馈
- WELL DONE vs OK DONE
三明治原则

- include both positive and constructive

其它几个原则
