But a small group of people think very differently from others. They have a clear vision about their future ，and based on this blueprint ，they choose what they need to do right now！Sometimes an outsider may consider these people as nuts，while a wise man treats these peole as precious and valuable diamonds.Who is going to be right ？但是有一小部分人和其他人想法都不一样。他们对于自己的未来有清晰的愿景，基于这份蓝图，他们选择现在立刻要做的事情！有时旁观者会认为这些人是疯子，而智者会把他们当做无价之宝。谁将会正确呢？
In my view，these people are the keys for real transformation. They carry on a special mission from the time they were created. They have a rare ability that we called future-mindness---this means they can see now from the future，and this future will guide them to achieve their goals and realize thier dreams.在我看来，这些人是变革的关键因素。当他们降生时，就承担着独特的使命。他们具有一种罕见的能力-未来意识。这意味着他们能从未来反观现在，这个未来的图景会指引他们实现目标，实现梦想！
