xcode降级到11.3.1
官方下载xcode11.3.1的xip包，本地双击打开会自动导入到xcode中
下载地址：https://developer.apple.com/download/more/
导入完成后，在Xcode-preferences-locations-command line tools中选中xcode11.3.1
