1、创建maven工程，添加依赖

2、创建启动类

package com.ncpe;

import org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.SpringBootApplication;

    public static void main(String[] args) {
        SpringApplication.run(DemoApplication.class, args);
    }
}

3、创建一个页面

package com.ncpe.controllers;

import org.springframework.web.bind.annotation.RestController;
import org.springframework.web.bind.annotation.RequestMapping;


@RestController
@RequestMapping("/hello")
public class HelloController {
    @RequestMapping("/world")
    public String sayHi() {
        return "Hello World Sping boot";
    }
}

然后使用maven package命令打包，并使用java -j ***.jar运行即可启动。
