Hello,
Upon further review of the activity associated with your Apple Developer Program membership, we have determined that your membership, or a membership associated with your account, has been used for dishonest or fraudulent activity. Therefore, your Apple Developer Program account has been flagged for removal.
If you would like to appeal this termination to the App Review Board, you must do so within 14 calendar days. When submitting your appeal, be sure to select "I would like to appeal an app rejection or app removal" from the drop-down menu on the Contact the App Review Team page. Otherwise, your Apple Developer Program membership will be terminated and all apps associated with your account will be removed from the App Store.
We found that your app is in direct violation of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, which states:
"You will not, directly or indirectly, commit any act intended to interfere with the Apple Software or Services, the intent of this Agreement, or Apple’s business practices including, but not limited to, taking actions that may hinder the performance or intended use of the App Store, Custom App Distribution, or the Program (e.g., submitting fraudulent reviews of Your own Application or any third party application, choosing a name for Your Application that is substantially similar to the name of a third party application in order to create consumer confusion, or squatting on application names to prevent legitimate third party use)."
During our review, we found a pattern of manipulative or misleading behavior that violates the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. These behaviors can include, but are not limited to, inaccurate metadata describing your app or service, misleading app content, engaging in inauthentic ratings and reviews manipulation, providing misleading customer support responses, providing misleading responses in Resolution Center, engaging in misleading purchasing or bait-and-switch schemes, and other dishonest or fraudulent activity within or outside of the app.
We do not disclose the specific findings of our investigations into Apple Developer Program membership accounts, and we have no additional information to share with you at this time. You can appeal this decision with the App Review Board at any time over the next 14 calendar days. When submitting your appeal, be sure to select "I would like to appeal an app rejection or app removal" from the drop-down menu on the Contact the App Review Team page.

线上5月份正在销售的版本，已经近三个月没有提交新版本审核，突然被下架。
可能原因：
1.被举报
2.被苹果抽查
3.最恐怖的猜测：在审核我们的另一个账号新传的App时，被疑马甲包，所以跟线上的主App进行了比对，结果发现线上的居然有违规内容，导致主App下架。因为主App下架后的第二天，新的App被拒4.3。
我们传的两个包，用的是同一台电脑，WIFI倒是有几个，没记住传包时用的网络，也可能是同一个IP，也许两个App产生了关联。
应该不是第3种情况，苹果进入审核应该会给正在审核状态，不会出现先审再改状态的说法。
游戏中确实有兑话费、兑换码、引导评论等操作，被下架后立即关闭了开关。

可以添加构建新版本，又上传了一版，正在等待审核。（网上有说申诉期间不要上传新版本，说是会破坏审核规则，申诉也会失效。但是我们这个情节不一样，好多是因为正在审核中的版本被拒，收到违规通知，但是我们是线上的版本直接被下架。）
病急乱投医，什么方式都想尝试一下。（结果是无效！如果代码没变，最好还是不要上传了！先等苹果的回复再说，不申诉成功，苹果不可能继续审核的！）
8.1号 申诉+回复+拨打客服电话
2天后拨打客服电话，虽然都是普通话，听口音像是个外国的妹子接的，起不了作用，人家不负责审核这块，连帮忙催促审核也不行，只让耐心等待！
3天过去了，无果！
一般情况下，App下架前，苹果会有警告通知；但是这次直接下架，账号被“标记删除”，面临14天后被封号的威胁。听说是因为违规情节严重，苹果才会先斩后奏。
封号后，所有App都面临下架，除非将没有被查的App提前转移，这是最令人担心的一点。
但是我们的并没有立即转移，因为它不是最明智的选择，原因：
第一，转移App会导致两个开发者账号产生关联。
第二，转移其他App的话，考虑到苹果方会不会怀疑你心里有鬼，明明知道自己违规，还假装不清楚。
第三，我们的另一个账号上有个App被拒4.3，正在与苹果交涉中，也不安全。
但是，听说申诉结果出来之前不会直接封号。说明申诉一定会有回复，但是具体什么时间，什么结果不得而知。
2天至2个月，有的等了一个月还没结果，这是苹果的惩罚手段。好在现在被下架的产品，内购依然可以正常使用。但是，AppStore上已经找不到该游戏，不会有新用户的增长。
我想，就算是重新上架，也会经历很长一段时间。苹果没那么快就取消惩罚。

10天后 8.9号又申诉了一次，如果再不审核，我就要提议转移App了。
11天后 8.10号在解决方案中心收到了回复，果然坚持就有希望。

意思就是账号不会被封停（消除“标记删除”），但发现了隐藏功能，需要去除，再重新提交ipa，一旦审核通过，就会重新上架。
正巧赶上周六，并且这封邮件是直接在解决方案中心回复的，等过了2天后，周一早上才看到。
8.12号周一立即将一直正在等待审核的3.3.0.0包撤掉，因为跟之前被下架的App的二进制文件一样，不改肯定过不了。下午3点左右提交新包之后，在原来的解决方案中心回复了一封邮件。

意思就是App正在审核，但是需要额外的时间。
中国早上8点，在美国那边应该是晚上，不出意外的话，也许明天会有结果。
然后并没有结果，正在审核 2 天了，听说发此类邮件是延迟审核的意思，赶紧回复了一封邮件。

尊敬的苹果审核团队：
感谢您的回复，为了避免对用户产生更大的影响，希望您能尽快审核。
过了3个多小时，我们内部测试突然发现APP内购成功后会出现重大闪退BUG，不得不修复。凉凉的节奏？祸不单行！
正在审核中包，突然撤销，会不会让苹果方产生怀疑？ 会不会影响APP的审核进度，会不会导致延迟审核？
打客服电话，人家不告诉你，你的困惑是否会发生，也没义务替你分担焦虑与不安。只说，你可以进行撤销操作！对审核有没有影响，看审核团队，这些不是他们能左右的事。
版本是必须撤销的，让苹果发现App闪退，也会被拒，说不定情况更严重，主要是他们审核的周期不确定；就算苹果没发现BUG通过了审核，这个版本也不能上线，因为会影响玩家充值数据统计和玩家体验！ 太严重的BUG！
既然发现了这个问题，硬着头皮不改也不是明智之举。只能在解决中心发送道歉信，并且提交修复后的新版本：

8.15号 凌晨3点多 进入 正在审核 状态
不幸的是：我无意间又发现一个闪退BUG，为什么没测到？？？？ （加载广告闪退，有个Vungle方法找不到，检查了一遍代码，并没有改变，不知道抽什么风）删除了那行代码后，不再崩溃，只不过第一次总是加载失败。可是之前手机上安装的正式包，却不会崩溃，难道我的项目哪里的配置变了？？？？好难！
看了下其他项目发现没有调用那个方法，真的是以前SDK更新后屏蔽过的代码，不知道什么时候变了！
但是，我不想重新提包了，再一再二不再三！等着吧，总是重提，自己都心虚！苹果那边不延长审核才怪！
硬撑的结果最多两种情况：
1.苹果发现BUG --- 打回重提
2.苹果通过审核 --- 关闭广告开关，之后再更新包
悲惨世界：下面这段话是网上看到的
主动取消审核再次提交，会延迟审核的，正常延迟 7 天。
如果之前 App 违规或者被拒超过 3 次，也会延迟审核，延迟大约 20 天。
我们的状况是撤销2次14天，违规20天，那延迟审核一个月没跑了。9.15号再见？？？ 反正情况不乐观，之前出现过延迟审核2个月的情况，好在最后过了。但是当时是更新版本，这次却是重新上架，好难！！！压力太大了！
上辈子是道数学题也没这辈子是个iOS程序员难！！！！

9.16日上午（中秋节过后） 改： 所有开关配置文件去掉，代码写死；去掉不用的Jpush推送SDK相关内容。上午11点多重新提交审核！

Upon further review of the activity associated with your Apple Developer Program membership, we have determined that your membership, or a membership associated with your account, has been used for dishonest or fraudulent activity. Therefore, your Apple Developer Program account has been flagged for removal.
If you would like to appeal this termination to the App Review Board, you must do so within 14 calendar days. During our review, we found a pattern of manipulative or misleading behavior that violates the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. These behaviors can include, but are not limited to, inaccurate metadata describing your app or service, misleading app content, engaging in inauthentic ratings and reviews manipulation, providing misleading customer support responses, providing misleading responses in Resolution Center, engaging in misleading purchasing or bait-and-switch schemes, and other dishonest or fraudulent activity within or outside of the app.
We do not disclose the specific findings of our investigations into Apple Developer Program membership accounts, and we have no additional information to share with you at this time. You can appeal this decision with the App Review Board at any time over the next 14 calendar days. When submitting your appeal, be sure to select "I would like to appeal an app rejection or app removal" from the drop-down menu on the Contact the App Review Team page.

Our game "XXX" (Apple ID: XXX) has been revised and reviewed for nearly two months since resubmission. Every time we were rejected, we made positive and serious changes in accordance with the review feedback of the Apple Review Team. Now we have received a reply saying that our Apple Developer Program account has been marked as deleted, which makes us very confused and helpless.
Previously, the Apple Review Team had determined that the game contained a hidden external purchase mechanism, but we have checked the game in detail and made changes, and we can't find the reason why it was rejected. 但是，回复框被审核人员关闭了，无法回复。打客服电话，询问解决方案。
最后客服说会发一封邮件到邮箱，可以通过里面的链接回复。
结果回复邮件都准备好了，苹果方来电话了。态度十分强硬，噼里啪啦指责一通，说我们游戏的代码层面有财付通、支付宝、微信、短信、银行卡、网页跳转等第三方支付方式，还去申诉，现在又审核一遍说我们一直没有改正，而我们根本没接这些东西。
否认后，不等你争辩，立即放话说，如果执意不改，马上给上级反馈要封号处理，牛逼坏了！我说，我不知道哪里出了问题，怎么去改，有没有关键字什么的，好做处理啊。她说没关键字，又说了说刚刚提到的内容，这次通话是给你们最后一次机会，如果不改，只能封号了。
后来我想到游戏是由Cocos2dx引擎开发，兼容安卓跟iOS平台，里面可能是因为安卓渠道的一些支付接口导致。后来解释一遍，又说但是去掉这些接口之后，iOS跟安卓就得分两个项目对待，相当于我们要用双倍的人力去开发同一款游戏。对方却说我不管你们是怎么区分平台的，iOS渠道不允许有这些东西，否则只能放弃iOS平台。还让我们检查一下包里面是不是有提到的那些第三方的中文，后来让游戏开发人员全局搜索一下还真有，吓死我了，苹果方连注释都不放过！
结果就是安卓支付相关的代码，注释、资源全部去掉，不能做屏蔽处理，重新提交了一个包，几分钟后就进入正在审核了。现在是第二天，还处于正在审核，焦急！
就是说苹果的AI扫描功能真是太强大了，敏感的字眼，中文也不例外，肯定都有大数据存储。
为了以防万一，我说马上国庆节了会放假一段时间，大量修改肯定需要时间，然后收到的是14天封号倒计时警告。她回答说，时间肯定会给你们的，这个不用担心。我又问如果因为我们的疏忽，可能导致一些点没有完全改掉，会不会立即通知封号？她回答说，既然给你们这次机会，就会让你们慢慢改好，改了尽管提交，有问题会再发邮件，不会立即给你封号。这次放心了！不用担心时间问题，只要认真改就可能通过。
后来提交新包时，才看到通话之后的邮件回复，就是说，包里面依然存在隐藏第三方支付的问题，我们有其他的问题，可以继续打电话询问。
