这是一个布局刷新控件，滑动到最顶部刷新，滑动到最底部加载更多，用法：

1.添加依赖

          compile 'com.scwang.smartrefresh:SmartRefreshLayout:1.0.1'
          compile 'com.scwang.smartrefresh:SmartRefreshHeader:1.0.1'

2.布局文件

    android:id="@+id/refreshLayout"
