This line comes when grandma is kind of teasing the pastor（牧师）of the church being questioned by young Sheldon again. He got a bit awkward for not being able to answer the doubt appropriately.

Sheldon's dad was trying to convince him that no one else needs to know the secret. But keeping his mouth shut was never easy.
