原因：Java虚拟机堆内存不满足gradle的deamon要求的最低值，堆内存溢出
解决方法：
Jenkins打包时加上--no-deamon参数
本机打包时在c:\User\x\.gradle\gradle.properties中加入以下配置
org.gradle.parallel=true
org.gradle.daemon=true
org.gradle.jvmargs=-Xmx12800M
org.gradle.configureondemand=true
