When interviewers are about to end an interview, they often ask, do you have any questions for me?

This can seem like an easy question, but if you simply say no, the interviewer may doubt if you really want the job.

What's more you'll be missing a chance to learn about your potential employer, therefore, you should prepare a few questions beforehand. 

But what questions are worth asking?

You can ask about the position you're applying for such as your roles and day to day responsibility.

For example, you can ask what's the greatest challenge for this position or what would my typical day look like. 

It's also good to ask about the company you can ask.

Could you tell me more about the company's culture or what are the company's goals for the upcoming year.

From the interviewers answer, you'll get a sense of the company's core values and future plans.

Don’t ask questions that you can easily find answers to such as one of the company's latest products. 

The interviewer may think you haven't done enough research on the company also don't ask questions about salary such as how much can I earn during my first year.

It can make you seem like you care about yourself more than the company.

Well, first off, I would say they need to be able to handle stress. 

We often have many deadlines for different projects and a marketing specialist must be able to deliver good work under pressure. 

They must also be able to communicate clearly because they will be working closely with clients, managers and graphic designers good to hear. 

I also wanted to know more about the management style of this company. 

I'm glad you asked at this company, we value  employee's opinions. 

So in this company we gave them chances to make their own decisions. 

This can be quite different from most of our competitors.
