Everything had a ** name** in the world, and each name gave birth to a new thought.
这句话，勾起了一份回忆——《tales from earthsea》，是一部日本动漫，里面描述的一个观点让我印象深刻——只要知道了真名，魔法师就能支配那个生物。海伦通过对水的触摸，理解了“water”和“mud”的区别。

莎莉文老师为海伦解释爱。爱像一朵云，你不能触碰，但你能感受到雨，让干渴的大地和花儿欣喜的雨。爱，无形，但却让人感受到甜蜜和幸福。
I can not explain the ** peculiar sympathy** Miss Sullivan had with my pleasure and desires. Perhaps it was the result of long association with the blind. Added to this she had a wonderful faculty for description. She went quickly over uninteresting details, and never nagged me with questions to see if i remembered the day before yesterday's lesson. She introduced dry technicalities of science little by little , making every subject so real that I could not help remembering what she taught.
莎莉文老师教学方法让海伦轻松愉快的学习知识，也因此成为海伦一辈子都难以忘怀的启蒙老师。
before I lost my sight and hearing, I was fast learning to talk, but after my illness it was found that I had ceased to speak because i could not hear. i used to sit in my mother's lap all day long and keep my hands on her face because it amused me to feel the motions of her lips; and I moved my lips , too, although I had forgotten what talking was.
海伦的一段回忆，常人难以想象的困难，在没有视觉和听觉的日子里，触觉成了最大的依靠，在年纪小不知道所碰为何物的情况下，学习越发艰难，经历越多的痛苦，才会越感恩来之不易的多彩生活。
