Swift 类似抖音发布视频效果

前言

短视频时代,APP发布视频时候都需要先压缩再上传,为了提高用户体验,上传时候不能在发布界面停留,需在app前台window 或者某一个控制器显示上传发布进度,因此,我把它写成一个单例,只需要传入百分比即可。代码如下。(带image+手势拖动+单击)
